We
specialize in vintage
accommodations and offer a wide variety to
serve singles, couples, and families. Our units
are periodically renovated and remodeled to
insure your comfort. We take pride in achieving
a 100% sanitation rating year after year. All
accommodations have private baths, Directv, linens, heat and air conditioning and a
special Ocracoke village charm only found at
Edwards.

allowed in rooms or on the property

units are non-smoking
- Daily
maid service provided in rooms
- All
rooms and efficiencies are priced based on
double occupancy. For each additional
person, add $5.00.
- All
accommodations have a limit on the number of
guests (including infants/children).

Weekend and holiday rates are slightly
higher in some seasons.

Cottages are furnished for housekeeping.

queen bed or 2 singles and a private
bath. Limited to 2 adults only. Guests enjoy relaxing on the shady

- Three spacious rooms with multiple
beds, full size refrigerators, and
coffee makers. Each unit has a small private
screened porch and overlooks a courtyard
area ideal for relaxing. **New for
2010** one unit now has queen bed option
with newly tiled bathroom and shower.

Also located in the courtyard area are
three units with complete
in-room kitchen facilities. The
efficiency has 2 double beds, dining
table, and a private screened porch.

Cottage
Complex - units are casual, comfortable
Ocracoke style attached cottages.
Each unit has a fully furnished
kitchen(**Newly remodeled for 2010**) and a separate living area with
either one or two bedrooms and one bath. Feature attractions include large
private screened porches, private
entrances and parking under each
cottage. Renting multiple units offers
adjoining cottages with porches that
open for easy access. Two bedroom
units are limited to 5 people while a
one bedroom unit accommodates 2 people.

Private Cottages

also available at our facility. These conventional island accommodations are
suited for small families or couples. A
two bedroom/two bath cottage with a
limit of 5 people has a shady front
porch and a large kitchen and living
room, while a small more secluded
cottage with a screened porch and garden
deck is suited for a couple or two
friends. Both cottages are fully
furnished including linens and towels.

Summer Season - Most cottages rent weekly
and efficiency and courtyard rooms for 3
or 4 night minimums with arrivals on
weekdays. Minimum stays requested in all rooms
during summer season and holidays.
