Edwards' Cottage Complex Units

The Cottage Complex units are casual, comfortable attached cottages. All units have a fully furnished kitchen and a seperate living area with either one or two bedrooms and one bath. Feature attractions include large private screened porches, private entrances and parking under each cottage. 

All units are Non-Smoking and No Pets are allowed on the premises.

First Mate Cottage (#16)   As part of the duplex located on Cedar Drive, this one bedroom unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday schedule and sleeps a max of 2 people. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, living room with ample seating, and a full kitchen facility for preparing meals. The bathroom features a tile shower and floor with pedestal sink.  The screened porch is spacious with two rocking chairs and a picnic table. Parking for your vehicle is underneath the cottage with additional seating for relaxing in the shade.  (see pictures and rates below)

Captain's Cottage (#17)  The other half of the duplex on Cedar Dr, this two bedroom unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday schedule and allows a maximum of 4 people. With one queen bed and two single beds the cottage is a great fit for a family of 4 or a few friends looking for some additional space. The bathroom features a tile shower and floor along with a vanity for storage. Whether you are in the living room relaxing or out on the screened porch enjoying the rocking chairs, picnic table, or swing, you will feel right at home. Parking, along with additional seating and a hammock are located underneath the cottage. (see rates and pictures below)

Anchor Cottage (#18)  Located on the left end of a triplex on Sanddollar Rd, this two bedroom unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday schedule and allows a maximum of 4 people. With one queen bed and two single beds the cottage is a great fit for a family of 4 or a few friends looking for some additional space. The bathroom features a tile shower and floor along with a vanity for storage. Whether you are in the living room relaxing or out on the screened porch enjoying the rocking chairs, picnic table, or swing, you will feel right at home. Parking, along with additional seating and a hammock are located underneath the cottage. There is also a nice grassy picnic area behind the cottage. (see rates and pictures below)

Buoy Cottage (#19)  Located on Sanddollar Rd, this two bedroom cottage is the center unit of the triplex building and rents on a "flexible" schedule (no Saturday or Sunday arrival/departures). With one queen bed and two single beds that can be combined to form a king bed upon prior request, the cottage is a great fit for a family of 4 or two couples looking to vacation together.  The bathroom has a tile shower and floor, with vanity for extra bathroom storage. Whether you are in the living room relaxing or out on the screened porch enjoying the rocking chairs and picnic table, you will feel right at home. Parking, along with additional seating and a hammock are located underneath the cottage. There is a grassy picnic area out back of the cottage as well. (see rates and pictures below) 

Compass Cottage (#20)  Located on the right end of the triplex on Sanddollar Rd, this two bedroom unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday schedule and allows a maximum of 4 people. With one queen bed and two single beds the cottage is a great fit for a family of 4 or a few friends looking for some additional space. The bathroom features a tile shower and floor along with a vanity for storage. Whether you are in the living room relaxing or out on the screened porch enjoying the rocking chairs, picnic table, or swing, you will feel right at home.
